Yes. Every cleaner is covered by general liability insurance and a janitorial bond, and clears a criminal background check before their first job.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our customers aren't. We'll arrange access however you prefer, and keys and codes are held by one person rather than sitting on a shared list.
